These terms and conditions govern the use of this website. May we suggest that you read them before using the site. Accessing the site and shopping with us will be your way of telling us that you are in agreement with our terms and conditions. 

General information

• We are a UK based company and we are able to deliver to most areas within mainland UK, however there are some exceptions even within the UK – Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and some parts of the Highlands & Islands of Scotland. 
• We may need to suspend, restrict or terminate access to this site at anytime and without notice
• All products supplied from this website are produced by Lodge Farm Kitchen, Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, HR9 7XP
• We may collect and process information about your shopping habits and preferences and we will aim to keep you updated with information about LFK

Ordering

You can order in a number of ways;

Payment will be taken at time of placing order and before goods are dispatched 

We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of an order if your card issuer does not authorise payment, or if we are out of stock of a particular product and you do not wish an alternative 

Carriage 

A charge of £7.50 for carriage & packaging will be levied all orders below £65.00. This will be added at checkout 

Delivery

All orders will be sent either by APC, or similar overnight courier or, if you are local,  we will deliver directly to you.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that have been lost or delayed.

Cancellations and returns

Due to the nature of the product offered on this website once an order has been dispatched and left our premises we cannot cancel your order.

If, for some reason you are not happy with your order please contact us immediately either by email or phone.

Complaints 

It is your responsibility to check your delivery in full on receipt. If for some reason you are unhappy, your order is incomplete or damaged please contact us immediately 

Please do let us know if you are unhappy with any aspect of the service we offer, it is the only we can make sure it doesn’t happen again

Registration

Responsibility for the safekeeping of your login details rests with you. If you suspect anyone has access to your account with us please change your password immediately  

Availability

We are a small producer, cooking from scratch, by hand. We aim to keep our storage freezer well stocked so that we can supply you with your first choice of product. However, it may be that we are out of stock of a product, if we are, we will offer you an alternative in which case you will receive your order on the expected day but if you not wish to have a substitute we can let you know on which day your chosen product is being cooked. This will mean that there will be a delay in dispatching your order. 

Variation in terms and conditions

Selling directly to the customer through a website is a new experience for us, so we have a lot to learn. We may need to revise these terms and conditions as we embark on this venture, therefore please check these terms and conditions periodically. 

Limitations of liability

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all of the information on this site is accurate and up to date we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy.
